André Larsen Avelin (born 1978) is a historian of ideas and culture with an MA from the University of Oslo. Avelin has coordinated the project ‘Founding Fathers across the Atlantic’ and coedited its publications, including the present volume. He now leads a project to renew exhibitions at the Eidsvoll 1814 museum.
